She aims to help students of all levels challenge and deepen their own practice while focusing on balancing the body\, mind and spirit both on and off the mat.​\n​\nKat has received over 700 hours of certified training ranging from advanced vinyasa\, yoga therapy for mental health\, aerial yoga\, and SUP yoga. He toured nationally with the theatrical circus Birdhouse Factory\, and is co-founder of Eepybird.com whose online videos have been viewed over 100 million times.
