SUMMARY:Chase the Chill Mitten Tree!
DESCRIPTION:Share the Warmth! Chase the Chill knitting group is hosting a Mitten Tree this season in Congress Square Park. \nThe tree will be home to donated Winter items – mittens\, scarves\, hates\, etc. – which will be hung in the park the morning of Friday\, December 29th. Folks in need are free to take what they need until around 3PM that day\, at which time all leftover items will be collected and donated to the American Legion. \nTo be a part of the goodness\, bring your donations – hats\, scarves\, mittens\, slippers\, etc. for men\, women and kids – knitted or crocheted to the Reiche Community Room\, upstairs on Clark Street\, between 8-10 a.m. Monday-Thursday preceding the event. \nFor up to date information on this event\, tune in to the Chase the Chill Facebook page.
