Falafel Mafia is a Maine based food truck and catering company specializing in Falafel pita pockets and other Middle Eastern cuisine. They aim to support local farms while making creative and delicious food, much of which is vegetarian or vegan. And they’ll be in Congress Square Park regularly throughout the season!
