Yoga in the Park

Join us for a free 60-minute, all-levels, morning, yoga class to kick off your Saturday. Posture variations are available for all experience levels and needs (including chair options, standing only, or seated only). Come and connect body and mind with us!

About Katy and mov(e)volve:
Katy has over 20 years of movement instruction and training under her belt and created mov(e)volve with one goal in mind: to create a movement and learning space that is truly inclusive and allows everyone to feel safe and confident; where they can become their favorite, ever-evolving version of themselves in mind and body through loving, evolved, movement, and community-supported personal well-being.
