Maine Music + Health Drum Circle

Group music making is a great way to build community, practice self care, and spread joy. Maine Music & Health will host a drum & song circle – bring your own percussion or try one of ours, sing along, dance, or just enjoy the rhythm. Any age, any ability. Will be ASL interpreted as well for the deaf/HOH community.
