Tai Chi Chih (pronounced tie chee cha) is a non martial form of Tai Chi that increases the life force or vital energy that flows through us and all things in the universe.
Tai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and one posture. Tai Chi Chih creates an awareness of and influences dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs.
