Join Be Well Portland for a summer yoga/bootcamp/spin pop up series every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month in Congress Square Park – sponsored by Maine Cryospa and Therapy! Unwind after work and get in your summer fitness with some fresh air and amazing company! These classes will be powerful, upbeat and ALL LEVELS!
The class is free/donation. There is a recommended donation of $10-$15 so pay what you can!
